Abrasion Tester (Abrader) is mainly composed of one specimen clamping disk, two grinding wheels and two vacuum nozzles. Abraser's Specimen clamps with two wheels above the disk can be combined with different load weights on specimens. Set the test revolutions for machine working, and during the test the nozzles will suck the dust generated by the wear-out process.
The Abraser conforms to abrasion test such as ASTM D3884, ASTM D4060, ASTM D1044, ISO 5470; suitable for various materials including paper, cloth, panel, carpet, glass, rubber, plastic and other materials.
