QC-801E Tape Holding Power Tester

The sample adhesion testing area can be configured to either 1/2” x 1” or 1” x 1”. The adhesion process uses a 2KG weight to apply pressure to the sample. A weight is suspended at the bottom of the sample, and the detachment time is recorded when the sample detaches from the stainless steel plate. The machine features a touchscreen display that automatically records the detachment time, along with functions for time unit switching and average calculation. The non-contact sensing design reduces the minimum load to 150g. The weight system uses a stackable design, allowing for easy adjustment based on testing needs. The machine operates on direct power, eliminating the need for battery replacement, and includes a backup battery to ensure continuous operation in case of power failure. Its compact design saves testing space, and the machine supports WIFI connectivity to retrieve test results.
